Holiday Assistance Terms and Conditions
- Booking and Reservations:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Reservation confirmation will be sent via email after payment is received.
- Payment:
- Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
- Prices are in INR. and inclusive of all taxes.
- Cancellation and Refund:
- Cancellations made 45 days prior to departure are eligible for a refund (Depends on Hotel & Airline Policy).
- No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of departure.
- Changes and Amendments:
- Changes to travel dates or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Travel Documents:
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and other necessary documents.
- Travel Insurance:
- We recommend all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
- Health and Safety:
- Travelers should check and adhere to destination-specific health and safety guidelines.
- The company is not responsible for any health-related issues during the trip.
- Responsibility and Liability:
- Holiday Assistance is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
- We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest), Holiday Assistance reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify trips as necessary.
- Customer Conduct:
- We expect all customers to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
- Complaints and Feedback:
- Any concerns or complaints should be reported immediately to our customer service for prompt resolution.
- Intellectual Property:
- All content on the Holiday Assistance website is the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without permission.
